Description
This one took a 9km cycle ride up the rough track along Glen Vaich from Black Bridge. Then it was a steep up to a glorious cloudberry strewn plateau. At the first cairn on the break in the slope we sat in the sun to take in the view and have a drink and were joined by a tatty Golden Eagle who circled several times checking us out from above. I commented that it could probably get to the next peak in about 5 minutes and with that, it promptly pulled in its wings and got over to it in less than a minute. That showed us!
